Your hike starts in Innsbruck’s ‘Old Town’. As we cross the river ‘Inn’, the biggest river in Tirol, we leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. There are many scenic photo points situated along the way to Hungerburg. We pass the ‘AlpenZoo’, many old historical buildings and beautiful small waterfalls. Once we have reached our destination (300m above Innsbruck), we will enjoy the fantastic views of the city, while we having a refreshing drink and a short break. Finally, we will return to the city by tram. This return transport is included in the price of your tour.

Starting in Innsbruck’s ‘Old town’, our destination is the city’s most famous mountain hut – ‘Arzler Alm’, which is 500m above the city. Soon, we find our- selves in the middle of nature. Regardless of the seasons, the trek through the forest is breathtaking and wonderful refreshment for body and soul. Once reaching our destination, we will enjoy a break with some refreshments. The reward for the 2 hour hike will be stunning views of Innsbruck and the surrounding scenery. We will return to the city centre by tram. This is included in the price of your tour.

Once again, we start our hike from the ‘Old Town’, where our destination, the Hafelekar, is visible. The Hafelekar peak is almost 2000m above Innsbruck. This hike has many available options, depending on your fitness levels and time availability. We will leave the city and make our way to the ‘Hunger- burg’, which is 300m above the city. From there, there is the option to either take the cable car up to the Hafelekar – mountainstation or otherwise to trek up to the summit. Once we have reached the highest point, the 360 degree view of the mountain range and the city is absolutely beautiful. We are in the middle of the largest national park in Austria (Karwendel), surrounded by wild life and alpine terrain. During our break and refreshments, we enjoy the wonderful sense of freedom the mountain gives us. To return to our starting point, there is the possibility to go on foot or take the cable car down. Cable car and tram are included in the price of our tour.
